audience capacity: 60 seated, 100 standing
stage: 16′ wide x 8′ deep
lights: 4x RGBWAU pars, 2x RGB SLIM pars, 2x fresnel, 2x ellipsoidal spots, 1x follow spot, 24 channel mixing board with presets. string lights and wall sconces can be customized
sound: behringer 16 channel mixer with USB, 2x 8″ speaker, extra loud speakers available on request
room acoustics: excellent
remote controlled movie theater quality projector and movie screen
HDMI or chrome cast + 2017 imac or BYO laptop
green room with its own bathroom
lobby/bar area, patio
parking for 22 cars + ample free street parking

Reserving Space

Customers seeking rentals for shows, parties, workshops, auditions or other ventures please fill out the Venue Rental Form.
Current students renting rehearsal space please use this online form.
We are happy to give rental gratis to charity events. Please reach out to coldtownevenue@gmail.com for more information.
A non-refundable deposit must be paid to hold a reservation.

Reservations not accepted less than 48 hours prior to desired rental time.
Once you complete your reservation, you will receive an email confirmation and information on how to access the space.

Cancellations

Rental fees may be refunded if a reservation is canceled with at least 48 hours notice. (Deposit non-refundable)

The Fine Print

Please collect all trash and belongings from the rehearsal space before leaving.
ColdTowne Theater is not responsible for items left in the rehearsal spaces.
A $20 administrative fee will be assessed for renters who do not return the key to the lock box.
A $50 administrative fee will be assessed for lost keys.
Unpaid fees or property damage can result in suspension of rental privileges.
