Austin favorites Father Figures are back with a brand new show—and if you’ve ever spiraled over a text bubble, this one’s got your name all over it.

After winning audiences over with their sketch-forward revues Love Trapped and Uncut, the troupe is switching things up with “Left on Read,” a fully improvised format inspired by the messages you just can’t send (or the ones you wish someone else would finally answer ).

Directed by Dave Buckman, the show dives into the awkward, the unspoken, and the way-too-relatable moments of modern communication—ghosting, overthinking, and those haunting three dots… typing… then nothing .

With —Ananya Roy, Michel Nottebart, Josh Veralas, Syd Goin, Sean Gubtosi, and Logan Lassiter—plus special guests, they’ll help you find the perfect comeback… or at least laugh your way through the chaos
