It’s 30 minutes before dinner service on a warm, fall evening. Patrons pile outside the doors of what used to be the Coldtowne Cabaret, waiting for their seat at one of the few high demand tables inside of downtown Austin’s most hidden gem – so hidden, it’s basically in plain sight.

Owned and operated by highly revered up and coming restaurant Auteur group, Clown Carbonara, Pantalones is the dining experience we’ve all been waiting for. Come in expecting world class service, flavorful family-style meals, unbeatable ambiance, and (possibly) a small rat running amok… and you’ll leave with a plate full of yarn, a drink full of confetti and a heart full of laughter.
