Years of hardship, struggle and heartache have turned Tom Booker into a bitter and sour person. This fact combines with Tom Booker's love for his autoharp to create a most unusual piece of theater. Tom Booker recently moved to Austin from Los Angeles. While in Los Angeles, Tom Booker taught at The Second City Training Center, was artistic director of theawarding theatre company Theatre-A-Go-Go!, where he conceived and directed Patty, Patty, BANG! BANG!: The Patty Hearst Musical, Up With Puberty!: A Beautiful Tale About The Ugliest Time Of Your Life, and the stage adaptation of the film Valley Of The Dolls. In Chicago, Tom Booker studied at The Second City Training Center and with Del Close at The Improv Olympic and was a founding member of The Annoyance Theatre. Tom Booker has appeared in a handful of films, several television shows, and nearly one hundred commercials.
