Can we speak confidentially? We're pretty frickin' pleased with how many improv and sketch groups have sprung from ColdTowne -- like gods from the brow of Zeus! -- in the short time we've been around. You can't swing a dead cat around here without hitting some obscenely talented improviser, comedian, musician, or writer.

So: Proctor. A weekly showcase of the best and brightest of the ColdTowne crew, headlined by The Faculty, the award-winning poobahs who teach at ColdTowne Conservatory. Each week we'll roll out a killer dose of sweet sweet homegrown comedy: student troupes, special projects, sketch works in progress, you name it.

With a different lineup every week, the only constant will be superhilarious awesomeness. Well, that and a performance by The Faculty. And, um, a very small stage.

Tonight's host is the extremely French Le Sexy, introducing sketch weirdos The P! Company and ColdTowne house troupe Look Cookie, as well as a very special guest: NYC's Switchboard, whose members' credits include Second City, Upright Citizens Brigade, The Annoyance Theater, The Office, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and 30 Rock. Do not miss it!
